Probably. We run into situations pretty frequently where a homeowner or other cleaning company has used the wrong cleaning solution and/or equipment on their natural stone floor, and has caused etching or haziness.

More often than not, we’re able to correct this. Just call and schedule an inspection of the damaged area(s). Once we’ve looked things over, we’ll be able to tell you what can be done to restore the pre-existing damage.
