Do I need to vacuum my carpet before you get here to clean it?

While it’s not necessary for you to vacuum before we arrive, it’s a step we certainly do appreciate. In doing this, loose debris, like jewelry or small toys, is picked up by you rather than potentially ending up in our equipment filter.
