What do you look for during a tile & grout cleaning inspection?

In addition to measuring the square footage to provide you with an accurate quote, we look at the overall condition of the grout and tiles.

Is the grout chipped or missing in places? Are any tiles loose, cracked, or broken? In certain cases, we might recommend that you have repairs done before having your tile cleaned because pre-existing damage like this may become worse during the cleaning process.
